Quarantine supplies provided at the Grand Metropark Hotel:

• 1 Mercury Thermometer

• 1 bottle of hand sanitizer

• 40 bottles of water

• 8 bags of green tea

• 4 packets of sugar

• 12 packets of "traditional Chinese medicine epidemic prevention tea"

• 4 toothbrushes with tiny toothpastes

• 6 mini hotel bottles of conditioning shampoo

• 6 mini hotel bottles of lotion

• 6 mini hotel bottles of shower gel

• 2 packets of facial tissues (200 sheets each)

• 2 disposable surgical masks

• 6 rolls of toilet paper

• 33 disinfection tablets (to be dissolved in water for cleaning and sanitizing)

• 12 large yellow garbage bags labeled "medical waste"

• 1 decompression ball

Food

Meals are delivered three times a day, a soft knock at the door announcing their delivery:

• Breakfast around 8am

• Lunch near 1pm

• Dinner just after 5pm

These meals are delicious, well balanced and thoughtfully prepared. They arrive in covered, divided serving trays. Also included is a pack of chopsticks, a napkin, toothpick, and spoon.

Breakfast includes kongee, fruit, 1 hardboiled egg, 1 dumpling, a bread or pastry item, two portions of steamed vegetables, and yoghurt or several pieces of fruit.

Lunch and dinner include soup, rice, meat, vegetables, a third portion of either meat or veggies, and yoghurt or several pieces of fruit.
